Serverwide Broadcast?

Just a quick question,

When a Guild levels to a multiple of ten there is a serverwide broadcast announcing it's progress. As the never level cap is (for the first time) not a multiple of ten, should we expect there to be a broadcast at GL95 or not?

I would expect one since it is max cap.

But they will probably adhere to the x10s
