After killing A Gyrating Green Slime, the Orange Warning message and other part continued to spam until we looted his corpse.

The Black Reavers have a chance to respawn when killed.

some trash and black reaver are sometimes resetting in combat.

the trash in question was in the area of the gyrating green slime named. when you first go down the stairs in that area there is a group of three skeletons when were were fighting them and killed 2 of 3 the last one of them reset, this also happened to one of the trash slimes in the same area but i can't remember which group of them did it unfortunately.

i'm aware of this, that's not what i'm talking about we'll be fighting him and suddenly my distance to target goes nuts reporting large distances and he resets, this is not a case of his corpse hitting the ground then respawning and attacking the raid with his 'old body' on the floor.

The trash in the hallways (a Behemoth sweeper) from the first big open area (east of the black reaver) and the two on the side of the Goo Coliseum respawn have T2 resolve when they probably shouldn't be, given the next named and area looks like its is still T1 based on the triumph.
You can also revive at the Goo Coliseum and skip them tho hehe.

This is probably due to the etherealist ability implosion. When I use it on a training dummy it jumps all over the place with each tick. I have heard from a few people that Implosion causes resets on heroic encounters too. I'm not sure if it is supposed to make the mob move but it does and with thin walls it's probably porting mobs through the floor.
