Elevator moves too slow now. With a pug with relatively bad dps we had it down to 50% and then sat there for like 4 minutes waiting for the elevator to finish.

This should be a bit more polished next update. Spent a lot of time tracking down issues with the fight and polishing it. It should now be pretty hard to get him to half before it reaches the top and if you do you shouldn't have to wait too long.
