While engaging Blood of Luclin heroic or raid content Chaos Descending equipment will grant a beta bolster to Blood of Luclin stat values equivalent to the intended gear to combat that content. For example, if you are currently wearing t1 heroic accessory and you engage in a t1 heroic encounter for Blood of Luclin, you will gain an increase of Potency of 2535, Crit Bonus of 4.6 and Resolve of 75 per accessory. This bolster makes use of a flag that is set by the zone or the encounter you are engaged in and updates every second.
