I am having the same issue. I started the test of gravel and made a note of the doors, but none of the doors are active. I can't find any switches or levers to open them.

If you have the Jann illusion on, it's hard to jump up on the snails. I overshoot and it's raced away before I can correct. Maybe it should just take you?

Killed The Great Gravelly One, and his shiny is behind the door of the pyramid (974.74, 62.62, 41.73). It should probably spawn out on the terrace.

Killed Aggregahn, and his shiny is behind the door at (1152.56, 275.29, 29.88). It should probably spawn out in the hallway where you just fought.

I think I'm missing something. After Aggregahn, I go up the third floor where the platform apparently is to jump down to the small islands below, somewhere around 30 million damage for each fall. Are we supposed to use a floaty cloak or gnomish springloaded boots? Or is there something I'm missing? There's nothing to indicate how we're supposed to get to the giant snail of doom, if that is indeed the next name? I found a single racer snail on the edge to the right when you first go through the portal (after Aggregahn), but no other snails. I did run the extremely long way around the entire temple, in case there was something on the back side, but there's nothing else. What is that single racing snail for up there? I feel as though I'm missing something, but I have no idea what. Shouldn't there be some kind of prompt or clue to at least point me in a general direction?

Too late for me to edit, but I did get through this zone. I had to use a walkthrough to find where I was supposed to go next, but I'd much rather use in-game clues and hints to find my way around.

Well, the single racing snail on the right side was the clue. Lower floors had snails everywhere.

Also, part of the issue is those floating islands aren't always showing up till you're close. If they were visible from everywhere that would help. Will see what can be done about that.

I was totally expecting the Jann illusion to mitigate the fall damage, but nope! Next time I run it, I will try my Cloak of the Harvester.

I did assume after a while of running around the building, that was the reason for the lone snail. I jumped down each to each island, taking lots of damage each jump (I did it without floaty cloak because not everyone has one). It just felt like that wasn't right, so I consulted the walkthrough to make sure I wasn't missing something.

Featherfall won't work here after the next update.

What is the rationale for making us take damage jumping down?

Actually there isn't any. I will add no falling damage to that debuff that removes featherfall. The removal of featherfall didn't have anything to do with those floating rocks. It was to prevent another issue which shall not be named!

I might know what that unnamed thing is, but no falling damage, or at the very least reduced falling damage would be great. I've noticed that we're taking a ton of falling damage in all of the zones, even from short drops off a ledge. Is falling damage percentage based in this expansion?

Some of the small islands that you need to jump on are not wholly solid. Third island down, more specifically - you fall through with no chance to land on any of the other islands on the way down.

Zone art is also a little weird - if I face east in the 4th level, I can see all of the trees. If I turn 180 to face west, all the trees disappear, even if I am looking into the room to where the trees should be.

Yeah I noticed that one of the rock has no collision over nearly half of it. Very strange. Will try to get it fixed.

You'll do a little hop when you feed them now. That should keep you from falling through the racing snail.

Zone: Vegarlson: Council's Stronghold
Mob: Guardian of Stones
Item: Ethereal Stones

If you happen to kill the Guardian of Stones while the snail racer passes and it's body drops on top of the snail, it will take off with the racer. That in itself is just funny, cause it will go back and forth several times until it decays. Unfortunately though, even when the snail stops for a few seconds to turn around, the body of the Guardian of Stones is not clickable. So you can not get the Ethereal Stones you need to proceed through the zone.

Could just be me, but i am having an extremely hard time jumping up on the snail before it takes off. Could this be changed someone, perhaps more like the birds in torden? that or a bit longer delay to allow time for positioning on them?

You can just climb up onto the hungry snail and feed it. After feeding it, you'll automagically do a little hop to ensure you remain on top of the racing snail at that point.

Zone: Vegarlson: Council's Stronghold [Solo]

Escargore warns you about his front by emoting about giving the googly eye. He does not root when he casts the frontal, so you can't really joust it. Is this just a heads up so you're ready to cure?

He shouldn't be turning when he casts it. In my tests he always faces me, casts his frontal, I move to the back, and he finishes casting without ever changing direction.

Killed the Council of Four but no Portal to Heart of Thudos appeared to complete the Elements of Destruction: Layers of Order quest. What does one do at this point?

Update: Forgot to imbue the rune - portal now appears

Zone: Vegarlson: Council's Stronghold [Solo] (Build 14380T)

Are we supposed to be able to target and kill the Stones of Thudos? I was not able to target them in Vegarlson: Ruins of Rathe [Solo], but I just killed one here:

(1541736190)[Thu Nov 8 22:03:10 2018] You have killed Stone of Thudos in Vegarlson: Council's Stronghold [Solo] (1,015.67, 63.08, -357.76).

Yes, and there’s a way to destroy them in Ruins of Rathe.
