• All leveling weapons should now correctly gain stats.
• Wands will no longer require ammo.
• Removed all black adornment slots from heroic quality armor.

ZONES
General

• Encounter Resolve levels have been increased into gear progression levels.

TRADESKILLS

• Carpenter Advanced Recipes are now available.
• Guild miner hirelings will no longer offer Gathering Elements.
• Elemental Planes harvesting missions now require 50 resources to complete.
