ABILITIES
Corrected a bug that prevented potency over 10,000 from applying to taunts.

ZONES AND POPULATION
Chamber of Rejuvenation [Raid]
Trakanon is now level 112. This will not be applied on live servers until Planes of Prophecy is released. Damage from the encounter should not change drastically, so the challenge level should remain the same as before. He will still update the Epic 2.0 mythical quest.
A new achievement has been added for the new version of Trakanon.
Defeating the 112 version of Trakanon may prove advantageous for those who have acquired his breastplates.

Plane of Valor
Baratin the Mender/Reforger should no longer require faction to speak with or use his amenities.

TRADESKILLS
Corrected the fuel, component and returned product amounts for all recipes.
