Bosses within these zones should no longer get stuck between 1 and 5% health instead of dying when they should.

Torden, Bastion of Thunder [Solo Zones]

Bosses within these zones should no longer get stuck between 1 and 5% health instead of dying when they should.

QUESTS

Serving the Mindfold Matriarch - The metetherial fibre should now be easier to see.
Clean Sweep the Grounds - Mindfold Matriarch Taneesha will now ackowledge your quest progress, even if you have already completed Dedication Rewarded.
Legacy of Power: Secrets in an Arcane Land - Gathering the Esoteran Reading Stone Scroll in Artisan's Prism will now update the quest properly!
Legacy of Power: Secrets in an Arcane Land - Druzzil Ro can now only be seen for particular steps of the signature quest line.
Legacy of Power: Hero's Devotion - Speaking with Mithaniel Marr is now a group update.
