[BUG] Redundant damage sources

I stumbled on a bug while testing incoming damage on my pet from overland trash mobs. All mobs around Highhold, and perhaps elsewhere have three outgoing sources of Damage. Below I will outline the damage dealt by a risen Mucktail.

Bone Tempest : Special attack for this particular monster everything seems fine.
Crush : "crush" damage.. ok no problem there, I deal "crush" damage too!
Crushing : ok crushing again?

Both "Crush" damage and "Crushing" damage is applied at the same exact time for the same exact value. So it would seem to be a bug from my point of view.

*EDIT* It looks like this may be a problem with ACT? I am looking through my logs and it does not seem like mobs are doing double damage.
