Found Burning Radiance Master 1 on broker for 9g, so decided to buy it. Well here's the question to scribe or not to scribe. I currently don't use this spell, as I'm level 25 and if i buff it will be with venomous runes. So anyone think that I should scribe and try using this for 1 maybe 2 levels, or should I reprice for profit?

Reprice for profit.  It will do negligible damage for anyone post 20 plus you get the better poison one around lvl 20.  But some people have money and low toons and will pay to get any master they can (I did).  If I were on your server I would buy it for 20g just to have the Master if I was a lower level.  You could out it on the broker for a few days and auction it and see what you get.  Thats what I would do at least.

If I remember correctly it will stack with Venomous Runes. I can say for sure that VR stacks with the lvl 20 class choice replacement of Burning Radiance. At adept II the BR replacement adds about 60% of the dps an app4 VR does...so I'd say if you run in melee heavy groups it could be quite useful.
