there is a post about this on general but thot it better place to post here.

The issue: Using a prepaid VISA card. I have registered this card with issuer as some online purchases run in to trouble if one does not (has this with WoW - but worked fine after registering)

i go thru the pre order of the expansion thru this web site. Everything seems to work and after purchase i end up on the my account page. but i cannot confirm if this transaction went thru. There is nothing listed about the preorder on the my entitlements page. nothing in history. no email confirming purchase. no 1$ test on my card. nothing. and no error message saying anything is wrong with the card.

the only positive i can see is the new card shows up under the payment methods page. would love to purchase this expansion but so far i am unable.

Similar problem on a prepaid Visa through Suntrust.  I got the message:

"We're sorry, your payment provider has indicated that your payment source may not be used for this type of purchase.  Please contact your payment provider directly for more information on why this occurred.  You may also select an alternate credit card or payment method to continue with your purchase."

I'll give a call on Monday.  But I don't see any type of limitations in the fine print that would keep this from going through.

I'd recommend both of you submitting a support ticket to our accounts and billing team so they can figure out what's going on.
