its possible to login to eq2 without the launcher. everytime i try the launcher i get a timeout. have the same problem on all other soe games. but with a different account it works and can login to eq1 with eqgame patchme.

have done a petition but the cant help me atm, the need a csr

Go into your EQ2 folder and run EverQuest2.EXE.

It won't patch the game, but it will let you in. I've been unable to use the launcher for about a week now and it's driving me nuts...

dont worked for me, everytime he said the clientversion is too old, then i found the LP_REGION_DE_DE with this everquest2.exe it works.

The problem with not using the launcher is, it won't run if its not the most recent patch.Which means, every 3 days you need to find a way to patch with how frequently SOE likes to patch stuff.
