Why are all the scout weapons in SF rubbish compared to tanks ?

I have not seen 1 scout weapon even from hardmode raids that i would use, given the opportunity, to use in place of the tank ones even from instances. I have searched all the posts and sites i can but compared to tank weapons the scout weapons i can find are rubbish, it even extends past this into other items but im focusing on weapons here.

If someone can link a weapon that even comes close to tank weapons it would be appreciated.

P.S. [Removed for Content] are there no scout 6 sec delay weapons !!!!

check out the thurgadin fabled 6 second 1hander for scouts

omygod!

all it takes is 40k thurg fac and some plats.

WOW no more grinding instances for some decent leet gear SMILEY
