No Beta Raid Achievement in Journal?

Is there supposed to be an achievement showing what all one must do to earn the beta raid testing reward? I don't see it in my Journal, though I do see the expected raid mob achievements.

There is no beta raid achievement. Raid rewards are given out at scheduled raid tests in person.

How do we get signed up for raids?

Guilds sign up through the raid council. We don't typically do individual sign ups. We do however try to do a few pickup style raids towards the end of beta.
