Hey,

maybe we are missing something obvious, but we tried much . . .

all Nameds in all Heroic Dalnir instances have an effect called "Fetid Fumes" which massively drains mana and HP, killing the group very fast (or a similar effect with another damage type and named). No hints are given how to handle this, tried 5 nameds in different instances so far. We tried

  • With/Without Ascension Forms
  • Different Positions
  • Different Archetype tankings
  • Always Moving
  • Different fighting positions
  • Dispelling/searching for effects on the named (none were there)
  • AoE Immune
  • Brute Force Mana Reg
  • Range fights
And maybe some weird things i forgot atm. The only thing which helped killing these nameds is: Revival Sickness grants immunity to these. Killing the nameds very fast after dying or working with self-killing mana stones seems to be the only way to kill any named atm.

If these effects are intended in this way, there maybe should be a hint/effect or whatever to give advice how to handle that.

Those are detriments that are always active. The damage may be set to high though. We'll continue to monitor it.

that damage was way to high at m imho my group consisted of a defiler/inq/illy(speeced to feed power) conjj/monk/myself(ranger)

I was at 255k resists 3.7 mil health and 295k power teh damge was at 2.3 ~2.5 mil a tick and drained 270k a tick of power this def needs to be toned down or if it to stay like this please advise what teir this zone is

The damage was not the problem, or would be no problem, if our group only had mana. But without being able to cast a single spell most of the time, these are too heavy. Just rescale the manadrain, at the moment it drains the whole mana with one tick.

We cleared this instance today and encountered no problems.
