Tradeskill Achievement For Chaos Descending Not In Journal

I don't see a tradeskill achievement for Chaos Descending in my Journal yet. Usually this shows up and tells you what all you have to do to get the beta reward for tradeskill testing.

It isn't done via an achievement this time ... do all 24 quests of The Scrivener's Tale, and you get the ts beta mount flag.
