updated beta now i keep crashing

so i updated the beta, let that load etc. now everytime i pull up eq2, i click play and the client immediately goes black and the message window pops up saying "EQ2 Client has stopped working" and it closes. whether i go on normal servers or beta.

suggestions?

update:

okay i can get into regular US English servers again, but beta is an instacrash

I had this happening earlier and posted in the support forums about it.

Rather than waiting for them though I starting messing with things & when I deleted the launchpad.libs folder I could load the game again. I've had no more issues.

I was having the same problem. But after updating, I was able to get in.
