I have just started getting into the whole decorating thing, and I have a really stupid question...How do you take a screen shot to be able to save it as a photo?

F10 (twice I think?) to hide your UI and then the print screen button to take the shot.  SMILEY  If for some reason you don't want to hide your UI just skip the F10 clicks.

Now, now, the only "dumb [or "stupid"] questions" are the ones that don't get asked... SMILEY

That said, my dumb (or just blind) question is this: once you've taken your screen shots, how do you submit them to the forums for the Homeshow stuff? Especially the image heavy layouts? I know you can insert an image into the body of the "letter" like this, but will that work for the layouts with like dozens of screen shots? And was there a sticky on how to submit stuff to the Homeshow, and I'm completely blind? SMILEY

Not unheard of, but... ::shrug::

I upload my images to photobucket from my machine.  Once that's done I create my thread in homeshow.  To insert pictures click the tree looking icon and paste the direct link url (it'll be the link that just looks like a regular http : / / www . url . com / etc, not one with [ img ] or html tags).  After you insert your picture just press the enter key and rinse/repeat for each picture you want to add.

Dont forget to hit F10 after to bring the UI back SMILEY

1st F10 shows the outline of all UI elements

2nd F10 hides the UI

3rd brings it back
