*UP TO DATE AS OF 4/12/06*Here is the Mystic spell list. It should be as close to the current spell levels and descriptions as possible. I've colored the spell names to closely match the background colors of the spell icons, which indicates the target(s) the spell may be cast on. Spell names that have no color are either unique spells, or spells that do not have replacements.Please post any discrepancies you find, and please try to keep the lengthy discussions, screenshot posts, questions or derails to a minimum, thank you.
 
1 - Chilling wind - Deals instant cold damage and reduces the movement speed of the target.1 - Minor Aid - Instantly heals some of the target ally's health. This also increases the target ally's maximum health for a short duration.2 - Haze - An impairment that decreases target's attack speed and offensive melee skills.3 - Fever - Deals disease damage over time to the enemy. Additional damage is dealt if the enemy is a being of shadow.3 - Minor Ritual - Replenishes a large amount of target ally's health. This also temporarily increases target ally's maximum health for a short duration.4 - Minor Auspice - An augmentation that increases the health and power of the mystic's ally.5 - Runic Mark - A group augmentation that increases physical damage resistance and grants a replenishing ward against physical damage to the mystic's group.6 - Cure Noxious - Cures noxious impairments on the target ally. This includes poison and disease effects.6 - Summon Food and Water - Summons food and drink for the chosen ally.7 - Aid - Instantly heals some of the target ally's health. This also increases the target ally's maximum health for a short duration.7 - Enfeeble - An impairment that decreases the enemy strength and stamina.8 - Revive - Resurrects a fallen ally. That ally has resurrection sickness for a while. This spell cannot be used in combat, but can be used on allies that are not part of your group.9 - Cold Wind - Deals instant cold damage and reduces the movement speed of the target.9 - Enduring Breath - An augmentation which grants an ally the ability to breath under water.10 - Ritual - Replenishes a large amount of target ally's health. This also temporarily increases target ally's maximum health for a short duration.10 - Wailing Haze - An impairment that decreases target's attack speed and offensive melee skills.11 - Sickness - Deals disease damage over time to the enemy. Additional damage is dealt if the enemy is a being of shadow.11 - Spirit Guide - Summons a Spirit Guide for every group member. This item can be used to revive a fallen priest.12 - Spectral Ward - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration that prevents damage to target ally until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage. If any absorbtion remains when the ward expires, it is converted into a heal.13 - Cure Trauma - Cures trauma impairments on the target ally. This includes slashing, piercing and crushing effects.13 - Phantasmal Spirits - Mesmerizes all enemies near the mystic and reduces their hate towards the shaman. Any hostile actions taken on them will break the mesmerize effect.13 - Spirit of the Wolf - Increases the movement speed of an ally while out of combat.14 - Breath of Spirits - Heals all allies near the mystic. This also temporarily increases their maximum health for a short duration.14 - Wards of Spirit - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration on the mystic's group that prevents damage to them until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage.15 - Eidolic Ward - Applies an emergency ward for a short duration that prevents damage to target ally until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage. If any absorption remains when the ward expires, it is converted into a heal. This spell does not require any power and does not have a casting time.15 - Totemic Aid - Instantly heals some of the target ally's health. This also increases the target ally's maximum health for a short duration.16 - Auspice - An augmentation that increases the health and power of the mystic's ally.16 - Spiritual Seal - A group augmentation that increases the noxious resistance and health pool of the mystic's group.The noxious resistance protects more against poison than disease.17 - Grey Wind - Deals instant cold damage and reduces the movement speed of the target.18 - Healing Ritual - Replenishes a large amount of target ally's health. This also temporarily increases target ally's maximum health for a short duration.18 - Sprit of the Bull - A group augmentation that increases Strength and Stamina for the Mystic's group.19 - Cure Elemental - Cures elemental impairments on the target ally. This includes heat and cold effects.19 - Ghostly Ward - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration that prevents damage to target ally until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage. If any absorbtion remains when the ward expires, it is converted into a heal.19 - Runic Symbol - A group augmentation that increases physical damage resistance and grants a replenishing ward against physical damage to the mystic's group.20 - Udor's Spirit of the Hawk - Covers the form of the caster with an illusory image.
20 - Ursine Elder - The mystic takes on the form of a bear, increasing strength and maximum health. While in this form, the mystic also gains the ability to see stealth edcreatures.
21 - Delusion - An impairment that decreases the enemy strength and stamina.
22 - Path of the Grey - Resurrects a dead ally. This spell can be use din combat and has a longer range than normal.22 - Replenishment - Instantly heals some of the target ally's health. This also increases the target ally's maximum health for a short duration.
23 - Water Spirit - Augmentation which grants the mystic's group the ability to walk and breath under water.
23 - Cold Fire - An impairment that deals cold damage over time to the enemy.
24 - Keening Haze - An impairment that decreases target's attack speed and offensive melee skills.25 - Miasma - Deals disease damage over time to the enemy. Additional damage is dealt if the enemy is a being of shadow.26 - Ancestral Ward - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration that prevents damage to target ally until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage. If any absorbtion remains when the ward expires, it is converted into a heal.26 - Cry of the Ancients - An impairment that reduces the stamina, poison resistance, and elemental resistance to an entire enemy encounter.27 - Quelling Spirits - Mesmerizes all enemies near the mystic and reduces their hate towards the shaman. Any hostile actions taken on them will break the mesmerize effect.
28 - Cure Arcane - Cures arcane impairments on the target ally. This includes magic, mental and divine effects.28 - Spiritist's Salve - Heals all allies near the mystic. This also temporarily increases their maximum health for a short duration.
28 - Wards of Shadow - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration on the mystic's group that prevents damage to them until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage.
29 - Prophetic Guard - A group augmentation that places a protective barrier over the mystic's group, that increases noxious resistance and wards noxious sources of damage for a limited time.
29 - Spiritual Replenishment - Instantly heals some of target ally's health. This also temporarily increases target ally's maximum health for a short duration.
30 - Form of the Builder - Covers the form of the target with an illusory image.30 - Omen - An augmentation that increases the health and power of the mystic's ally.
30 - Umbral Fortitude - A group augmentation that increases the noxious resistance and health pool of the mystic's group.The noxious resistance protects more against poison than disease.31 - Touch of the Grey - Deals instant cold damage to the enemy and reduces the movement speed of the target.32 - Anger of the Ancients - Deals instant disease damage to the enemy and surrounding encounter members.32 - Spirit of the Rhino - An augmentation that increases Strength and Stamina for the Mystic's group.32 - Spiritual Healing - Replenishes a large amount of target ally's health. This also temporarily increases target ally's maximum health for a short duration.33 - Runic Shield - A group augmentation that increases physical damage resistance and grants a replenishing ward against physical damage to the mystic's group.
34 - Ursine Oracle - The mystic takes on the form of a bear, increasing strength and maximum health. While in this form, the mystic also gains the ability to see stealthed creatures.
35- Fallacy - An impairment that decreases the enemy strength and stamina.35 - Grim Lethargy - An impairment that decreases the attack speed of the enemy and surrounding encounter members.35 - Slithering Form of the Serpent - Covers the form of the caster with an illusory image.
35 - Umbral Trap (Bloodline Chronicles expansion spell) - Impairment placed upon an enemy that lowers their combat attack damage. This spell has an extended duration.
36 - Fields of the Grey - Resurrects nearby fallen allies near the targeted dead ally. This spell can be used in combat and has a longer range than normal.37 - Icy Flames - Deals cold damage over time to the chosen enemy.38 - Howling Haze - An impairment that decreases target's attack speed and offensive melee skills.
39 - Mourning Soul - Impairment that decreases target's combat attack damage.
39 - Pox - Deals disease damage over time to the enemy. Additional damage is dealt if the enemy is a being of shadow.40 - Ancestral Aegis - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration that prevents damage to target ally until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage. If any absorption remains when the ward expires, it is converted into a heal.
40 - Haero's Aura of Awareness - Allows the defiler to see beyond the realm of the living and use the eyes of the spirit realm. (yes, it says defiler but Mystics can use it. Whether it's a typo, or we aren't supposed to, I dunno)
40 - Howl of the Ancients - An impairment that reduces the Stamina, Noxious resistances and Elemental resistances to an entire enemy encounter.
41 - Accordant Spirits - Mesmerizes all enemies near the mystic and reduces their hate towards the shaman. Any hostile actions taken on them will break the mesmerize effect.41 - Eidolic Savior - If target ally receives damage that would be fatal, that ally is healed health and power instead and a ward is place don them. This spell cannot be interrupted, does not require any power and has a very fast casting time.42 - Fading Spirit - Cures noxious and arcane impairments on the mystic's group.42 - Transcendent Blessing - Heals all allies near the mystic. This also temporarily increases their maximum health for a short duration.42 - Umbral Ritual - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration on the mystic's group that prevents damage to them until the ward has absorbed the maximum amount of damage.
43 - Prophetic Shield - A group augmentation that places a protective barrier over the mystic's group, that increases noxious resistance and wards noxious sources of damage for a limited duration.43 - Rejuvenating Chant - Instantly heals some of target ally's health. This also temporarily increases target ally's maximum health for a short duration.
44 - Eidolic Mettle - A group augmentation that  increases the noxious resistance and health pool of the mystic's group. The noxious resistance protects more against poison than disease.
44 - Prophecy - An augmentation which increases the Health and Power of the mystic's ally.45 - Form of the Great Stag - Covers the form of the caster with an illusory image.
45 - Ire of the Grey - Deals instant cold damage and reduces the movement speed of the target.45 - Shadowy Attendant - Summons a protective spirit which cannot move or attack but casts beneficial spells on the Mystic's allies.46 - Enlightened Healing - Replenishes a large amount of target ally's health. This also temporarily increases target ally's maximum health for a short duration.
48 - Fury of the Ancients - Deals instant disease damage to the enemy and surrounding encounter members.46 - Spirit of the Elephant - A group augmentation that increases Strength and Stamina of the mystic's group.
47 - Avatar - An augmentation which increases Strength, Stamina, Agility.
47 - Runic Talisman - A group augmentation that increases the physical damage resistance and grants a replenishing ward against physical damage to the mystic's group.
48 - Ursine Prophet - The mystic takes on the form of a bear, increasing strength and maximum health. While in this form, the mystic also gains the ability to see stealth creatures.48 - Wards of the Eidolon - Applies a powerful emergency ward for a short duration on the mystic's group that prevents damage to them until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage. This spell does not require any  power and does not have a casting time.
49 - Chimerik - An impairment that decreases the target's strength and stamina.
49- Dreadful Lethargy - An impairment that decreases the attack speed of the enemy and surrounding encounter members.
50 - Oberon - Grants a powerful ward to a chosen ally. This ward will slowly regenerate absorption for the duration of the spell. The mystic is stunned as long as the spell is maintained, but the spell can be toggled off early if desired.
50 - Recall of the Grey - Resurrects a fallen ally and grants them a replenishing ward for a short time. This spell can be used in combat.
50 - Talisman of the Spiritist - Covers the Mystic in a sparkling essence.51 - Arctic Flames - An impairment that deals cold damage over time to the enemy.52 - Torpor - Places a regenerating ward over target ally and replenishes their health over time. While this spell is in effect, that ally has reduced movement and attack speed. This spell also has a recurring power cost.52 - Weeping Haze - Impairment that decreases target's attack speed and offensive melee skills.53 - Fevered Pox - Deals disease damage over time to the enemy. Additional damage is dealt if the enemy is a being of shadow.53 - Grieving Soul - Impairment that decreases target's combat attack damage.54 - Sacred Aegis - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration that prevents damage to target ally until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage. If any absorption remains when the ward expires, it is converted into a heal.54 - Scream of the Ancients - An impairment that reduces the stamina, noxious resistance, and elemental resistance to an entire enemy encounter.55 - Slothful Spirit - Impairment that causes pain to target opponent each time they successfully cast a spell or combat art. This impairment drains their power each time they use a spell or combat art and deals divine damage to them This effect can trigger up to 4 times.55 - Harmonious Spirits - Mesmerizes all enemies near the mystic and reduces their hate towards the shaman. Any hostile actions taken on them will break the mesmerize effect.55 - Umbral Savior - If target ally receives damage that would be fatal. that ally is healed health and power instead and a ward is placed on them. This spell cannot be interrupted, does not require any power and has a very fast casting time.56 - Gasping Spirit - Cures noxious and arcane impairments on the mystic's group.
56 - Transcendent Grace - Heals all allies near the mystic.56 - Umbral Sacrament - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration to the mystic's group that prevents damage to them untill the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage.57 - Prophetic Aegis - A group augmentation that places a protective barrier over the mystic's group, that increases noxious resistance and wards noxious sources of damage for a limited duration.57 - Rejuvenating Rite - Instantly heals some of the target ally's health. This also temporarily increases target ally's maximum health for a short duration.60 - Spirit of the Mammoth - A group augmentation that increases Strength and Stamina of the mystic's group.60 - Wrath of the Ancients - Deals instant disease damage to the enemy and surrounding encounter members.61 - Ancient Avatar - An augmentation which increases Strength, Stamina, Agility.61 - Runic Aegis - A group augmentation that increases the physical damage resistance and grants a replenishing ward against physical damage to the mystic's group.62 - Ursine Auger - The mystic takes on the form of a bear, increasing strength and maximum health. While in this form, the mystic also gains the ability to see stealthed creatures.63 - Lethargy - An impairment that decreases the attack speed of the enemy and surrounding encounter members.64 - Eidolon - An impairment that decreases the target's strength and stamina.65 - Bolster - Greatly boosts the maximum health, attribute scores and size of an ally for a limited duration.65 - Glacial Flames - An impairment that deals cold damage over time to the chosen enemy.66 - Shrieking Haze - An impairment that decreases target's attack speed and offensive melee skills.67 - Lamenting Soul - Impairment that decreases target's combat attack damage.67 - Plague - Deals disease damage over time to the enemy. Additional damage is dealt if the enemy is a being of shadow.68 - Ethereal Aegis - Applies a powerful ward for a short duration that prevents damage to target ally until the ward has absorbed its maximum amount of damage. What a great, comprehensive list!
 
Anyone know what the lvl 36 Fields of the Grey and the lvl 50 Recall of the Grey do?  Is the recall a group evac perhaps?

What is the difference between Grim Lethargy and Howling Haze? One sounds AoE, but they both are decreasing slow, so which do you use?Also are there any upgrades to Howling Haze?And is it true that Ancestral ward is the last personal ward you get?

Everything is right there in the updated info. Howling Haze and Ancestral Aegis are the last single slow and ward, respectively, that we get.

So, let me get this straight (i'm deciding between making my second healer type a Warden or Mystic, I'm currently a level 8 priest)... Mystics DO get slow (like the original EQ1 slows.. Turgor's, etc..). I never played a shaman in EQ1, but some of the deciding factors in my decision relies upon the spells and abilities of each class (of course). I'd be a secondary healer in a group with a Templar. When I played my Fury, i'd either be the main healer, or backup and when I was a backup healer, I sometimes felt a little useless as my damage output wasn't great at level 22.. So i'm looking for something that truly adds to the group. Both classes get buffs that aid the party...Thanks for the explained spell list.. some of the titles are vague so I want to be sure I make the right decision and not find out 30 levels later than I shoulda been a Warden SMILEY

Yes Mystics get slow as well as other debuffs (reduced stamina (health), reduced resists, reduced strength (hit less hard), etc.)

I appreciate the responses to this thread, which work to keep it front and center for others to see (since i doubt it will get a dev sticky). However, I would ask that you not clutter it with too many different discussions. Talk about the spells themselves, what you think of them, which ones are broken, which ones have adepts dropping or not, etc.

could u tell me about avatar please? Im halamafx of the Neriak server Highest Shaman on the Server and so far 16th world wide =P plvling up im lvl 45 now and looking forward to avatar =P is it worth looking forward to? whats the stats it adds? etc etc.. anything u wanna tell me about it =P

Avatar is a 3 minute buff, which sucks. It also has some strange cool down period that seems utterly random in duration...sometimes i can chain cast Avatar 3 times in a row then the spell greys out. Other times I can barely keep it on 2 people at once...seems buggy if you ask me.

At level 50 it adds 34 to the stats mentioned in the description, at app. 2. Not sure how much haste it adds, but the whole of the effect is very noticeable and I am always bugged to cast it on my scouts. Due to the bug with stamina buffs dropping and screwing up hit points I tend not to cast it on my tank, or did before level 50 when mobs posed a challenge.

Wards of the eidolon is a group spell. It changes everyone in the group into a ghostly bear, but only if they have no other illusions of any kind on them (the ward of course is still there).

Oberon does not recast itself, no spell does. As the target gets hit with Oberon on them, the ward regenerates itself up to a certain amount before falling off. I'll stay my hand at typing what I really think of this spell because I still have some hope the devs will sticky this thread so that everyone can see the spell list.

45 - Shadowy Attendant - Summons a protective spirit which cannot move or attack but casts beneficial spells on the Mystic's allies. (bugged: still doesn't seem to do what it is intended to do)btw this spell sucks for what its supposed to do.. But u get a Mob that has any kind of AE effect that effects around it or your PT>. the Pet is MEANnext chance i get ill post logs once i find a find a place i can get my pet to do it pretty staticly..he melee's at about 40-55 points of dmg.. didnt miss once =) he has AE spells that do about 80-130 dmg and 2 dots that do about 20-30 and 40-50 =)

In Qeynos Harbor, in the building across from the one you bought your lvl 20 App2 spells and Udor.  In the building are the scribes for lvl 30+ and lvl 40+ spells.
