CHATBOX NOT DISPLAYING PLAYER TEXT

I was in dungeon maker and the chatbox was displaying player generated text normally. Then when I left the dungeon maker, suddenly I could no longer see any player generated text in the chatbox, not even my own. The chatbox now only will display text from NPC's. I can no longer communicate with other players to ask questions or answer questions regarding the game.

I tried to change the filter, create a new chatbox, logged in and out; but nothing has resolved the issue.

Does anyone have a solution? EQ2 is not very fun with no communication between players.

I was sitting AFK in SF and came back to it not working. Guildies in voice chat say the same.. seems to be a gamewide chat channel outage.

I called Cs phone line and they are sending me an email regarding a fix that might work. My fiance is checking to see if his toon has the same issues right now. If it is server wide, I can just call the CS guy back and let him know. Thanks for the quick reply! SMILEY

All chats seem to be down on Crushbone. I hear it's happening on a couple of other servers too.
