Also are you happy with your choice.Lu'Sun's Stifling Dragon - An advanced form of Flying Kick. As a bonus to Flying Kick it briefly prevents the target from using abilities.Lu'Sun is on the same timer as flying kick.Phin's Open Palm Technique - An advanced form of Martial Focus. As a bonus to Martial Focus it increases agility.Beslin's Still Mind - An advanced form of Feign Death. As a bonus to Feign Death it will work against higher level enemies.Bakindo's Lunging Tiger - An advanced form of Power Strike. As a bonus to Power Strike it inflicts additional damage.Phins sounds good but so does Lu'Suns. My vote would be phins. Please post some info so your fellow monks can make educated choices!

Phin's gives the same parry and deflection bonus as Karmic Focus, as well as additional AGI and a longer duration slightly. I went for this one at 35.

I went with Phin's at 23 and only gain something like 5 AGI with it on and no other apparent bonuses over Martial Focus. In Hindsight I may have went with the kick if by stifling it means prevent casting, something which would be really nice when tanking multiple healer encounters, etc.

I'll stop by for sure SMILEY As for timers... both the FD and AE taunt are on separate timers. Well worth the points.

The agility buff on Phin's does not stack with the agility buff on Staggering Stance.

Agility on Pins does not stack with staggering stance....but it does mean you can get the increased agil when solo

Anyone notices that when you first get the new training skills, it floated up above your head and says you gained new skill blah blah Adept II? I think the new skills are Adept II skills but after you got it, it doesn't show up on the skill icon. I got the upgrade to FD and had been testing it last night. It seems a little better than FD App III, but not by much. I hope they will kept them on different timers, if not I would not pick it again because I think when I get Play Dead AppIV, it will probably be better than the training upgrade of FD.
