ToT still on for the 17th?

Just wanna make sure ToT is launching next week on the 17th?

Would also like to know if there is a cutoff date for patches on beta or will updates occur even next Monday?

I only ask cause of the legalize about the dates when you preorder.

Also is there any word about free server transfers since all the US server merging is now complete? I thought it always hoped the transfers would occur before the xpac release.

Considering several outstanding class balance and itemization issues, I wouldn't fault the devs at all for pushing things back to early december. Just my 2c.

I'm very much looking forward to Tuesday, so I hope it goes. Even in it's current state, they can do daily patches, which usually happen during the first week or two after release anyway. Class balance and itemization has been on ongoing issue since 2004. I don't think a couple of week delay is going to do anything meaningful in that department.

I'm with you. Would rather another few weeks of tuning. We're not going to fall apart crying if we have to wait a bit longer for a much better tuned product. I really despise rushing content to live just for the sake of staying on a schedule.

The free transfers still need to be done. That probably shouldn't be going on at the same time as an expansion launch.

Well, makes sense for the dust to settle a bit first. And I seem to recall seeing something that indicated the transfers would occur post expansion but I don't remember from who or where. Take that with a grain of salt.

Word around the servers is first week of December as to avoid launch and holiday issues as its only free for a 1-week duration.
