![]() Not sure why all creatures required are just shown as ??? e.g. Catalog Entry 1: ??? Is this to add a sense of mystery or has the text gone missing? |

![]() It explains in the quest text that they have not done a catalog of creatures within Vegalrson in a long time so they need you to discover new creatures. If they are new they wouldn't know their names to point them out to you. |

Quest : In Preparation for Anything
Step : Harvest 25 reef clusters; Coalesced Reef; 25 dewpalm lumber; and, 25 Issue : Harvesting oddness. I didn't notice this before and maybe has been there all along. In any case, I harvested the initial 25 each of the items. Once I completed that, quest updated to require another 25 of each. This was just 10 minutes from posting this. |

![]() It used to be harvest, craft an item, then harvest more and craft the other item. Now you harvest, then it rolls over to have you harvest more, then make the 2 items. |

Quest: The Scrivener's Tale: Pollination Perfection
During the conversation with Temry after curing the elder arborian, he says: "Go for it! If you could catalog the creatures you find and get some moss samples, as there was one ancient record of its magical properties. Report back to me here with your findings." This needs some grammar help because the subject of the various clauses is changing from creatures to moss and is a bit confusing. I think it needs to say something like: "Go for it! If you could catalog the creatures you find, that would help. Also, get some moss samples, as there was one ancient record of its magical properties. Report back to me here with your findings." |

![]() After getting back to the Library, she could mount and dismount properly so I presumed it was a temporary problem from the illusion. Also, the mechanics of flight during the illusion were kinda jerky so I am sure the beasties could tell she wasn't a real Niborien. ![]() |

![]() I think this repeat was a consolidation of steps. The wiki had the 2 harvesting events separated by a trip back to the library to craft something. Maybe we could just harvest 50 of each once though! |

The Scrivener's Tale: Crafting at a Snail's Pace
Some kind of flavor text pointing as where to look in Myrist would be nice. The Scrivener's Tale: Escargot Overclocking I had to use the scroll several time on Yrag to get him running. Could have been a distance thing or something but I didn't get an explanation as to why it failed (I went here to check if it was broken then tried again, he had moved a lot, so it could explain why it worked). Saddly he didn't run into my frying pan ![]() The Scrivener's Tale: In preparation for Anything I didn't understand why I had to go back and harvest some more. Maybe I missed something, but if I had planned to create several items, I should have gathered enough the first time. Maybe add a pop-up flavor text saying that you realize you didn't get enough supplies to also make the coating (which would explain for the player why your character need to go back harvesting). The Scrivener's Tale: Incumbent Incubation When I turned in the quest, Zuvek said "I see you managed to get them to part ways with the gems" and I explain that I got the gems while they were using the new beds but I never ever tried to gather any kind of gem after placing the gems. I'm confused. The Scrivener's Tale: Source of Discontent Baerin says "here are the recipes to make some potions...". Problem is, the recipe is for Healing Stones and he acknowledges the fact that you give him healing stones when you turn the quest in... So should be stone in the first sentence. The Bubonian Runecarver is lacking a feather above his head. Dylindra is kinda lacking a spell casting animation while she works on the rune at the end. The Scrivener's Tale: Custodial Refurbishment Opening text leads one to believe that you'll just have to press the stone on the ill ones to cure them, so i was surprised when I got asked to craft an antibiotic potion. |

Incumbent Incubation
When I tried using the woodworking station near the zone in for Doomfire, my recipe would not come up. It worked well with a summoned woodworking station. |

I can attest that it is dangerous to gather stuff in Doomfire wearing harvesting gear! I put it on to summon a fuel merchant and forgot to change back before I ventured out to gather more stuff!

![]() My only issue with this quest was it telling us to cast the spell on the snail. I cannot speak for anybody else, but this step frustrated me because I tried scribing the spell, nope, I tried clicking the scroll after targeting the snail, nope, I searched my journal endlessly thinking maybe I had the name of the quest wrong and it was not showing in my helper so I didn't have a hot button on the helper to cast the spell, nope, I tried logging out twice and logging back in thinking maybe something borked, nope. Had I not accidentally right clicked on the snail, I would probably still be picking handfuls of hair off of the carpet. Typically we scribe a spell to use it, so right clicking the snail to cast the spell is not intuitive. |

[grammar niggly] Seeding the Tale: "Ajekz the Hungry eats the whole bag of seed given." This is awkward. Perhaps "Ajekz the Hungry eats the entire bag of provided seed." ?
And yes, folks, Gninja's been making a lot of tweaks and improvements to make things flow more smoothly, so if you're in the midst of a quest and log, and don't come back to it until after the next patch (or later) it is possible that things have changed. ![]() |

I just got the "messed up mount" issue from the celestial nilborien illusion as well. I manually clicked off the illusion early, as I wanted to do a couple more things in Wind, and my mount is was partly dispelled and I couldn't resummon it. Once I zoned, my mount reappeared and I could fly again, but until then, my mount wasn't visible and I couldn't fly.
Since I had already handed in the quest, and the extra illusions had poofed, I went back and made more to try to reproduce this, and I CAN and have reproduced it several times now. If you manually cancel the celestial nilborien illusion while in Wind, your mount gets oddly suspended (mount speed gone, etc) and you cannot resummon it. Zone or relog, and it is back the way it should be, summoned and functioning, but until you do one or the other, you're stranded on foot in Wind. |

![]() Hmm, thats an odd one. I might have to rehide it and not let folks click it off... I will mess around with it and see what I can get working with it. |

![]() Hey, who are you calling odd? ![]() I'm normally not a fan of illusions you can't turn off, but since it drops the moment you leave Wind, even if the timer had more on it, that isn't an utterly horrid alternative. |

I finished up the crafting questline last night. I was using my level 110 adventurer/crafter. Most of the mobs seemed to have a larger agro radius than normal. Mobs that previously I would be safely out of agro radius would see me, even when I was flying. That is going to make it much harder on crafters who are lower level.

One note of interest, Not sure if this was done intentionally or not. I was comparing tradeskill Mounts the other night and was looking at Kristoph vs Brightfire. While the Combat Stats are vastly improved for Kristoph, The harvesting Skills drop by 30 on Kristoph? Unless somebody plans on using Kristoph as a Battle Mount, Brightfire still is the better Tradeskill mount. Is there any intent to Increase the Harvesting Stats on Kristoph to make it comparable if not better than Brightfire for tradeskill or is this destined to become another appearance mount?

Overall, The Tradeskill is looking very nice! Story flow is very good and the Problems, Critiques and Convenience issues brought up are being dealt with in a timely manner. For all my issues I have posted, I am very happy overall with it! I would like to see some tweaking done on Kristoph to bring his Tradeskill benefits up to par if not better than Brightfire though, but otherwise looking good!
