Chel'Drak the Ancient Lord has been defeated on The Bazaar server by the hands of Ethereal Legacy.  It's a great encounter; our skills were tested and trialed from every angle and with pressure of the like, we were forced to make the perfect strategy.  I know there are multiple strats for this encounter, and ours was a 18 minute battle.  EL is in a transitional phase right now, a third of our guild are either recruits or just made member status ... this encounter is not so much about gear and spells as it is coordination and execution.  Big grats to all of the members that made this possible, and also to the guilds that already have, and those who eventually will take it down.

Grats guys. Kalidon you are 100% correct. The fight is all about execution and coordination but most of all its about hard work and dedication. Going in there night after night practicing and never giving up will pay off in the end.

We went in there night after night instead of comming to the forums and complaining about a mob we cannot beat. Outoforder, stop trying to hijack every Chel'Drak thread that is posted.Congratulations again to Ethereal Legacy. I'm sure more guilds will be soon to follow SMILEY

Nice attempt to derail the thread, I guess its only a matter of time before this thread gets locked. I appreciate everyones positive feedback it took us a long time to get this encounter down, so I will get my thank you's out now before another ignorant thread locking comment is posted.

gratz to EL on another server first....in reply to the peon who has to make such silly accusations about training other's to contested....get a grip.....since when does anyone have to train to kill contested. As far as i can i see MO,Hurricanus,3 Princes...are wide open and available for anyone to try killing without having to worry about being trained...so whats the excuse or reason why EL owns them with such force and ease?  maybe its the dedication of the few members EL has who focus their time on strats and execution of contested  ..instead of making false statements on forums trying to discredit the accomplishments of a great raid guild....either way....EL has every server first on this server ....so to the few that wanna cry n moan  foulplay....enjoy faming pantrilla and vraksakin and when your not to busy crafting...maybe you should come check out the big boys and learn a lil something =)

The shard has a fairly unique particle effect, and the proc actually works.
