Krono Update (EDIT: and Login Issues)

Hi Everyone,

We are experiencing some issues with eCommerce at the moment, which is impacting how Krono appear in game. We are working on a resolution to this currently, which is why you may be experiencing some delays in Krono showing as available.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and will update you as soon as more information is available.

The maintenance is complete, and Krono should now be working properly.

Update: I can purchase Kronoes from the broker if that person is NOT selling from a prestige house. So far all three attemps to purchase from different people in prestige houses has failed. 10 attempts at buying from people NOT selling from prestige houses or from no house at all have succeeded.

SoE Live attendees were supposed to get a free one. I have 0 on me at the moment and nothing in my claim window, when or how are we supoosed to get it?

I have to say thre is lots of problems with krono atm. I tried to buy it from the broker but they did not appear. Later CS said I have 2 of them on my toon. I couldn't see anything in that ugly Krono window, so I tried to move them to my bag just to check if they are there... Well apparently you can't place Krono in a bag or bank and I have no idea why since it supposed to be normal item which can be traded.

So I thought that I will try to move them to broker for a while just to check and it workd... I placed them, I made sure they are ther and then I wanted to remove them... and they dissapeard again... arghhh

I am waiting now for CS to solve that problem.

Anyway, my question is why we can't keep them in bags or our bank as other in-game items? Why do we have to use that extremly ugly Krono interface in Character window which apparently is not working as it should?

Exactly the same problem here. Both appeared on broker, when I took them off the broker they vanished from the broker window but didn't reappear in my Krono tab in the persona window.

Was this ever tested properly? As many people seem to be having issues trading/purchasing/selling Krono.

I'm assuming we'll probably get it whenever they grant the in-game items (Nov 4-ish?).

For those who attended SOE Live, the one free Krono have not been granted yet; it will come later, with the other in-game item grants.

For those experiencing bugs with Krono, thank you for reporting them. I'm gathering the information here, but it would also be extremely helpful if you would /petition or visit help.everquest2.com and report the problems to CS directly.

There's a bug: the Krono appear in the inventory tab (in addition to the SC where it is needed).

Or does EQ2 want to do like LotRO and make us flee the game from invading articles in the UI? (what made me flee LotRO for EQ2..)

I attened SOE Live. Registered only one account, however both of my accounts can get a krono free from SC marketplace.
