So this ability and its prestige enhancement "Cunning and Deception" really need a boost. 8 potency/14 CB really is nothing. Seems like some base increase would be better.

also, thieving essence, from the shadows tree>rogue end line. this ability hits well, but gives 250 ability mod to the group. I think giving it maybe 10% of the rogues base ability mod to the group might help with not having to scale it? or just giving the group 10k mod straight up would be nice too
