Has anyone bothered to measure the stackability of this debuff? or upgraded it to adept3? When I used it on King Zatan, the tank saw a measurable decrease in his melee output, but there was also a templar there using Sign of Infirmity (their str debuff).

Hard to say I know sure that specific skill debuff (slashing for Darathar for example) indeed serious reduce DPS of mob
