No loot Box Named

So I just did the zone for the Sig line and I did get both updates for the sig line but there was no loot box named.

I remember doing the zone a week or so ago and after placing the crystal the door opened and there was 1 more named in the last room that droped the loot box. Was that removed? If so I can't see anyone doing this zone other than the 1 time for the sig line.

I couldn't open the door.. tried to polish the crystal, tried to place it in the umm. whatever it is.. and nothing worked.
