Status merchant in the Colosseum of valor

i tried to look at this merchant since others have said you can see what it has to offer to sell.. but for some reason i can not.

i have all three faction achievement factions and have completed the sig line up to the molten throne.
where the big may lie is my last faction is with house Yrzu maybe that causeing the bug. tahnx in advance for reading this
