Nebulous Reality Ancher not leveling

Was getting around 1% per 2 runs of mobs, but now not getting any thang.

Am now stuck a -16% into level 2.

Thanks for any help/ info ye can give.

well i have noticed it only seems to gain experiance in the new zones if your in skyshrine or anywhere else so far it seems the adorn gets no experiance whatso ever not sure if this is what you are runing into or not

If you examine the spirit stone it will say "This item will grow in power as you defeat Ethernere creatures!". The rest i think you can infer.

Also seems like it's loosing XP when you zone ... was at like 15% in EJ, zoned into the Fear Heroic instance killed a few mobs examined it and it was showing 5% XP SMILEY
