Group XP Penalty

So from the panel I saw from SoE live it was said that the XP penalty for grouping was going to be removed. Yet when I've got my Templar and Monk in group I'm still seeing a penalty to my XP.

Kill a mob solo on the monk and I get 100 EXP for the kill.

Group the Monk and Templar, kill the same mob and I get ... 95 EXP for the kill ....

That is not removed that's simply reduced the penalty for grouping.

I don't want to spend 3 more levels in Chelsith. Quest XP is still horribad.
