Can you make older content (raids.) a bit easier on the drop rates?

Zones like Emerald Halls are too big, I wouldn't mind if they were easier, but could you do some kind of Pattern Crate System for the leggings/armor of this set, the EOF sets are pretty awesome but it takes forever to clear emerald halls.)

then don't go alone ... more ppl, more dps, quicker clearing ... If you choose to go alone, well that's tough, so swallow it up.
