My 2c:

The background is very busy, and your character looks very washed out. It's hard to see her at first glance, and I think the only thing that differentiates her from the background is that she doesn't have text on top of her. :-/

The text is a bit hard to read, what with the glow / drop shadow being nearly the same color as the lettering. The "Paladin of Everfrost" stands out most because of the yellow outline. You have loads of room to play around in, so don't limit yourself to small lettering...the name would stand out more if it were larger and more centered.

All in all, you've got the basics there; they just need a bit of tweaking to get the "flow" right. SMILEY
