Also, the brawler reward has Tactical Will IV, the same version of the same proc on the Theldek necks. It works, but doesn't stack, and this satchel doesn't have strikethrough (whoopty-do, but it's good to reforge). I suppose I'll keep it until I get a better neck (?) but the loss of cyclical battering on the heroic one isn't worth the switch.
