The mastercrafted armor has noticably less potency than even the quested gear (not even comparing to overland solo or instance solo gear).
Example: Infernal Leather Shoes are a reward from a solo quest. They have 747.1 potency Academic's leather Boots of Endurance, with the same stat mix. They have 672.3 potency Sure that's not a huge differenc, until you consider that is the 'worst' gear attainable in the expac compared to the 'best' gear that can be crafted. I would hope that the best crafted gear would have potency at least as good as the worst gear attainable any other way. |

Just crafted all 6 belts with the purified rares and got no bonus status over the regular rares. Will update later after crafting everything else on whether everything else is the same way.

Also might be completely intended but the belts with doublecast have offensive skill and the belts with flurry have spell skills,

![]() I just did the leather "evasion" set, and saw the same thing. No "refined" label on the recipe pages, no "refined" tag on the finished products, no refined stats. They all ate the refined rares quite happily though. |

I never came back to post. Making refined items is now behaving properly.

[Feedback] In the upper tiers, tailors have had cloaks that use hides, and belts that use roots. Currently, the Chaos Descending cloaks AND belts are using pelts. It would be a "good thing" to swap the belt recipes back over to using roots. With both the root nodes and the nurseries both returning rare roots, we have a LOT of rare roots floating around. (It'd also make things a bit more consistent.

Testing Tailors...
I crafted every handcrafed item without problems Here are the problems I found. Selling price: handcrafted is using 20 celestial filament, that's a 48g 61s 20c cost (component break down 10/2/2/2 +20 fuel) Half the handcrafted items are sold 58g 33s 40c. Student's bracers of force/rage, all student's cloaks, all student's cowls, all student's gauntlets, all student's leather boots, all student's leather bracers, student's leather gauntlets of force/evasion/endurance, all student's leather breastplates, all student's robes, all student's pants and all student's mantlesare sold for 70g instead of 58g 33s 40c mastercrafted is using 50 celestial filament, that's a 1p 21g 53s cost (component break down 2/10/10/10 +50 fuel) and it sells for 1p 45g 83s 50c. I have 7 items, Academic's Robe of Rage and Academic's Bracers of Rage, Academic's Cloak of Celerity, Academic's Leather Gauntlets of Evasion, Academic's Leather Helm of Evasion, Academic's leather breastplate of rage and Academic's leather pauldrons of rage selling for 1c instead of 1p 45g 83s 50c Name: Academic's Leather Breastplate of Endurance and Evasion produce the items Academic's Leather Gi of Endurance and Evasion mismatch: There's a mismatch in the belts. Common belts use armour names (Endurance, Energy, Force, Fortitude, Frenzy, Rage). Mastercrafted belts use jewel names (Alacrity, blasting, Endurance, Force, Frenzy, Vitality) Same for cloaks, handcrafted cloaks are Student's Cloak of Celerity, Impact, Might, Quickness, Spirit, Stamina Mastercrafted cloaks are Academic's Cloak of Celerity, Energy, Fortitude, Might, Rage, Spirit stats: DPS doesn't change on the Academic's Pants of Rage/Leather Greaves of Rage compared to the Student's Pants of Rage/Leather Greaves of Rage (it's in all 4 cases 280.4 DPS). It's the only stat that doesn't change between handcrafted and mastercrafted I'll do purified tomorrow, once more it's 1am ^^ Overall, I have to say that there's a great consistency: books are well named, items are well named and so on. It's nice. |

Refined :
Everything crafted properly. Stats that don't change are: health, power, resolve, crit bonus overcap, mitigation increase, block, defensive/offensive/spell skills, flurry, spell doublecast, weapon damage. Academic's Belt of Vitality sells for 1c instead of 1p 45g 83s 50c Everything but Academic's Belts and Academic's Cloak of Celerity / Energy / Fortitude sell for 1p75 instead of 1p 45g 83s 50c I added all tailors stats on the second page of my excel file: http://eq2artisans.faerylands.eu/uploads/images/CA-craft.xls |

Versions of the satchel recipes went in for tailors last night, and combine properly (use the right fuels/equipment, use the right reaction arts, etc)

I made a bunch of stuff from Oliver's refined rares, and it's not stacking on the broker:

Belts are still using pelt as their primary ingredient instead of roots.
