What in the world did you do to this zone?I knew it was tough at 60, but was quite doable with a good group. We returned today, and got smashed!  It was totally unbeatable70 pally, 70 fury, 66wiz, and 64 sk.  All 4 pretty well equipped.  His chain stun was unstoppable.  He literally zone wide chain stunned, no one could move or cast.  Six attempts with the same result. At the start he would AE stun and knockback someone.  He would then proceed to spread us throughout the zone.  Because his AE stun was zone wide, there was no safe spot, and once you got knocked back, you couldnt run back to the fight because he cast it again so fast. The only way possible I could see to beat him now would be a full group of level 70 DPS, and hope to kill him between stuns, but this was supposed to be a T6 mob!  We could barely touch him because we were stunned the whole fight, each time.

Have the SK start with Death March up at the begining of the fight, and the mob will go down a lot smoother.

The way to beat Cazel's is a mix of methods.. with the classes you had available, death March is the only viable means of completeing the zone.Other methods as mentioned in the above posts are, Sanctuary and burning the mob down in under 20 seconds (doable with your group).Another method would be to stifle the mob with a chanter type. or, perma stun (you know a brig or 2 right?) /giggles.John

Cazel isn't that tough.  I've doen the zone with as little as 2 level 70's.  His stuns aren't zonewide, but you have to make sure that any casters you bring in stay out of his stun range, which is smaller then mages casting ranges, so you're all set.  Maybe try pulling with rescue to help with aggro if tank gets stunned.

Ive beat him before, which is why I surprised it was so hard today. As to the stun, I was tanking the mob, the fury had revived at the zone, and she was stunned near the door while running back.  Cazel was still near his spawn point.  If that's not zone wide, it was pretty close, lol. Will try again another time though!  Thankya for the info!

I've also had some trips in there that were pretty [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ed up.  Being a guard i was usualy tanking it and had some crazy aggro runs like casting M1 rescue and having M1 rienforcments going and still lost aggro to a healer that was barely casting.  Then some runs would be a group stun that lasted almost forever(it was avoidable).  Could always get the job done.
