ABILITIES

Added Blistering Waste sepllscroll to Finch for Elementalists above level 18 who did not recieve it while it was bugged.
Reduced the damage of soul flay
Increased the extra bleedthrough that is caused by Fighters being in offensive stance.
Gravebond will reduce the extra bleedthrough of offensive stance by 35%.

PUBLIC QUESTS

The Eryslai, Winds of Twilight public quest should no longer kick you out of the zone upon entry unless you truly, truly don't belong.

Alhuurn Khalen will sell apprentice Epic 2.0 spells for characters that betray and have completed the quest Elements of Destruction: Face the Chaos.
Updated Errallion Nightblossom to require the correct currency (Elemental Runed Rai) to purchase items.
Updated the automatic rune added to the Archivist's gloves.
