Quest doesn't update on Tier 2 bosses (Morrin+Barrin and Jessip Daggerheart)

Was that after today's update or before? I changed the quest around yesterday so more difficult encounters werent required for the lesser stages.

I did have the updates on the same quest correctly, but I did mine last week.

Don't know if it has changed.

I finished the overland questline - I never got a starter for an epic signature quest. Where do you pick that up?

Did the Quest yesterday around (1pm PST) and didn't got the updates.
Quest starter is in first Raid Ini (Zavith Loa) at zone in.

Ran Broken Skull Bay Raids yesterday again and got the updates. So seems it was only a temporarly issue.
