scaled for what level

didnt finish the whole zone, but its easy for a lev 92 group geared ( not raid) sk..even without a merc...

if this is scaled for lev 92 toons then maybe this is fine for casual soloers...but if this zone is scaled for lev 95 then it is definietely too easy given that i can do it with lev 92 gear

unsure if this is one of the "easy" solo zones and others are harder...
