Solo attendie LFG for Fan Faire

I will be attending the Fan Faire this year by myself SMILEY . I have toons on both Splitpaw and Everfrost. Unfortunately, none of my guildies are going to be able to attend. Is there any guild (on any server) or other solo attendies that I can group up with at the Fan Faire?

I promise not to embarrass you to much, snort milk out of my nose on purpose or be an annoying noob. SMILEY

I have always gone solo to Fan Faire and have not had much trouble finding people to hang with. Just treat it like your first time loging into an MMO, and say Hi to anyone with a FF badge, cause pritty much everyone is friendly there, and I have had many a good conversation with players of games I only have brief or no experiance playing, and finding out more about the games those people love to play.

If you see me hanging around don't be afraid to say hi, I am a fairly Large Man in Glasses and will likly be waring my folding Cowboy hat again, if I can find it in all my boxes.

I too shall be going solo (quite daunting feeling!) having made a last minute decision to attend all the way from the UK (I'll be hanging around for the following week to get to see more of the place too if anyone else is going to be around).

I play on Runnyeye as my main Murfalad (Froglok Guardian), and also have lower level alts such as Telimur (Froglok Ranger), Vielmur (Froglok Warden), well, I think you can take it forgranted the rest are all Frogloks SMILEY

Looking forward to grouping up with anyone there (and meeting as many people as I can)

(I also am a fan of planetside, so you might remember shooting a VS by the name of Plissket or JasonDinAlt).

I'll be solo as well. Missed last year's FF but went solo the two previously - but for SWG. I always seem to get in the guilds where no one else attends the FF heheh.

Just for everyone's general knowledge, if there's anyone that will be in by Wednesday, I'm planning a totally informal "kickoff Fan Faire" party for EQ2 people (and a few select others) that night, probably starting around 9. It's going to be at the "tree bar" (which we've dubbed "Kelethin" for the duration of FF) in the Paris casino. If you haven't been to Bally's before, there's a tunnel connecting it to Paris. You can't miss the bar I'm talking about, it's right as you come out of the tunnel into the Paris casino.

Anyway, I figured if you solo attendees want to come, it would be a great way to meet up with other players and find people to hang out with for the weekend!

Too bad I won't be comming in until Thursday morning or I would join you. That place may end up being like Quarks was a the first time FF was at the Hilton, they where shutting down ST:Exp the last time FF was there so it wasn't as big a stopping ground.

Sounds great, I'll certainly head over (apart from the fan faire itself the schedule is very loose).

Sounds fun. I'll be getting there sometime Wednesday evening, depending on how long the drive from Wyoming takes. If I'm there, I'll stop by.
