Pirate's Sword Play: No amount of effort on my part could get this proc even a single time.

Pirate's Perception: I noticed this buff in my window twice. One with the normal icon, once with the icon with a little 25 subscript (after getting 25 killing blows). Despite having 25 killing blows the proc rate on this was pretty miserable. I'd wager the additional killing blows aren't increasing the proc chance.
