I have tried multiple times in multiple zones for the triger of turning the mob useing walk the plank and the mob does not turn, Is this skill to be changed or is it a bug?

Has to be a bug. I thought maybe it just wasn't hitting. But...

(1351125371)[Wed Oct 24 19:36:11 2012] YOUR Walk the Plank critically hits The Doomsmith for 8496 piercing damage.

(1351125372)[Wed Oct 24 19:36:12 2012] The Doomsmith hits YOU for 3172 crushing damage.

So it's hitting. the mobs just aren't being forced to change direction. Looking into cheap shot and blackjack to see if those are affected too.

cheap shot and blackjack appear to work properly. It's just Walk the Plank that's not forcing a direction change. are there any other class abilities out there that have that component to them?

Eagle Spin in the Brawler tree has a similar component.  Someone could test to see if that is also not working.
