[BUG] Beastlord - Feral Stance IX

On hitting level 95 I had Feral Stance IX pop in to my knowledge book.

Feral Stance IX apprentice is exactly the same as Feral Stance IX master and worse than Feral Stance our level 15 ability. (because our focus:feral stance isn't being applied to it)

I strongly suspect that it should not be popping in to the knowledge book, I've have seen this before when using baubles, however I leveled to 95 manually.
