Where's the gear?

We do all these quests and get only beta ascension buffs. I want to beta test the gear so we don't have the same problem we had in ToT. Is gear coming to those quest rewards?

I'm on drake disposal duty (After helping Setri) and I've got a couple charms listed as a reward

I'm as far as we can go on the sig line until the dungeons unlock. I've gotten a couple pieces of gear that appear to be equal to or less than ToT/Nizara advanced solo gear. But I assume that most of these beta ascension buff rewards will be replaced with gear. That's really what I'm asking I guess. Part question and part concern. I hope this gear is upgrades from ToT heroic stuff at a minimum.

maybe. We shall see. I hope the kinks get worked out enough to see the new dungeons (and their loot!) soon! I can't wait to repeatedly die horribly!
