well last night on the first floor of EH we were finally able to start the duel without instantly failing.  Buddy called out for a priest so I was the lucky victim.  (I'm a Defiler)   so I prewarded myself and got myself ready.  we made sure all our pets were on default and I believe some even went as far as killing their pets just to be sure there was no chance of having them run in.  so anyways all was going well  I took out the the 1up first then started working on the two up.  I got the 2up to around 3% health and he depopped.  Then buddy said "you failed".

My question is do you only have to kill those two mobs?  and I swear it didn't take me any longer than maybe 2 and half minutes (I remember reading you had 3 minutes)  I never used me dog the entire encounter either  because I remember reading our dog is considered a fighter class.  is that still true?

any input would be appreciated.

This happened last night too. He chose a fighter class, so I stepped up.. the 3 mobs popped, hit me once and depopped before I could target them. I didn't die, I was still in green HP and the mobs had depopped after 1 second, then he said "As I have predicted, you failed", or something along those lines.
