Welcome to Terrors of Thalumbra beta!

Please post any bugs and/or feedback for the following dungeons (tier listing is the intended level of difficulty, where 1 is the least difficult):

  • Kralet Penumbra: Rise to Power [Heroic] – tier 1
  • Kralet Penumbra: Temple of the Ill-Seen [Heroic]– tier 1
  • Kralet Penumbra: Tepid Depths [Heroic] - tier 2
  • Kralet Penumbra: The Master's Chosen [Heroic] - tier 3
  • Kralet Penumbra: Submerged Lair [Event Heroic]– tier 1
  • Kralet Penumbra: Uzulu Deep [Event Heroic]– tier 2
  • Kralet Penumbra: Rise to Power [Advanced Solo]
  • Kralet Penumbra: Temple of the Ill-Seen [Advanced Solo]
  • Note: Advanced Solo dungeons are all around tier 1
  • Kralet Penumbra: Tepid Depths [Agnostic]
  • Kralet Penumbra: The Master's Chosen [Agnostic]
  • Kralet Penumbra [Contested] Tier 2
They can be entered from aberrant area in Thalumbra.

Also, please make sure you start your thread with the name of the dungeon and the version (e.g. Heroic, Event Heroic, Advanced Solo).

Rise to Power (advanced solo): warden/ troub.

Killed three named: Dossvor, Korlaadrec and Drelaakor.

Got timed quests done no problem. Quest didn't update. Felt like there should be more but couldnt' find anything to advanced zone. Elevator up seem to be for no point.

Not sure if we missed something or if zone is bugged?

  • Kralet Penumbra: Temple of the Ill-Seen [Advanced Solo]
Warden/ Troub
Mobs have too many hitpoint.
The named all were tank and spank. no scipts that i could detect.
A few heroic trash around the zone. All can't be avoided. Dont hit for much but have lots of hitpoints. Merc/PC combo would have trouble with them.
KB is annoying
Mobs that cleanse all the debuffs are also annoying.
Lockout timer is broke
No shiny in the zone.

Can't zone out (no clikee on the door)


I'm assuming this zone is still a work in progress. Like the zone layout and the art though. Would be a cool raid zone with some well placed KB's ><

Same, no 'Listener or Speaker' after killing the other 3 named so no updates for the advanced solo daily.

to add on this i did this zone brig Kluuron merc
the names not having a script except a huge dot curse
the KB with a root finisher is a lil over the top IMHO
trash hitting for roughly half your hp every 19 sec is def too much
see log below needs to be tune down buy about 300kish

I couldnt figure out how to spawn the last named either cleared the entire zone. Kralet Prenumbra: Rise of Power

Conjurer with defiler Kluuron
If the aggressors got to me they hit for 1.3 million damage a hit. I had to send my pet in so he would kill these before they got near me other than that I one shotted everything in zone.

Rise to Power [Adv Solo]

I have kill every mob in zone, but the quest is still there.

The trash it too hard, the dot with 35% hp damage every 5s... is not ok.

[Rise to Power [Adv Solo]

the first zone i had to go brig tank set up for dot was ticking hard as ansom stated on top of
945k Detonations( when i was not in brig tank set up it was hitting for 1.4 ~1.6 mil) .

also zone seemed unfinshed casue the northern room had what appeared to be a elvator that i ccould not seem to get to function

I assume there should be an additional switch on the second level or some mechanism of getting up to the thirs, but i could not find anything. So, I shadowstepped up there, killed everything and... still nothing.

Also, detonation really needs toning down.

Re: Temple of the Ill-seen. Completed as assassin (and glaufaye merc I forgot to have assist/protect, so it didn't do much.) Trash is definitely harder than what I would expect, definitely more challenging than the named. Zone layout is kind of fun, though. It would be better if there was a working zone-out.

Kralet Penumbra: Temple of the Ill
Named Mob Yagg-Kythor - He casts SPIKES way too often, already has a ton of HP, but when he casts SPIKES, he puts a ward on himself that clears all damage being done, wards him against 1,251,546 damage, & drains power of group. He can be interrupted when casting spikes, however, he casts it every 3 seconds, I have 5 interrupts & cycle them nonstop, can hardly heal & cannot do any damage abilities. Heroic, sure it's to be expected to be a group effort, but for ADVANCED SOLO???? As a healer, I already do LOW dps, but when I cannot even dps because I have to spend all my time interrupting, how am I supposed to kill it. Oh, and I am not solo, I am grouped with a Monk tanking it, but we are both stuck with no more ideas. Is this mob working the way it is supposed to or is it bugged?

Warden / Coercer : both of us agreed it should be toned down some. We finally got a copy of our mains over last night and ran both zones.
The hardest was Rise to Power with the spike damage and power drain. We worked out a rhythm where the coercer would stun pull the aggressor and we killed it pretty fast however there were a few pulls where there was more than one aggressor. I understand it's an ADVANCED SOLO but the damage does need to be toned down some in my opinion

Just another note, when you zone into Rise to Power you are attacked immediately and if someone is zoning slow, you wind up dead and or knocked off the platform and it makes it difficult to assist your partner OR merc and the mobs have line-of-sight issues. The aggression radius (agro range) dropped a meter or 2 or just remove that very first set into or past the doorway.

I have done an other run on Rice to Power. The named don't count on the Daily Objectives (the slay Boss creatures) and i don't have pick up the usual lockout time (1,30 reset time), but 30min. seems all the kill (trash+named) don't count for setup the lockout time.

We finally did it!, but like Tipperton said, I don't think this is intended. If you missed a single interrupt there was no way to have enough power to take the fight all the way through.

  • Kralet Penumbra: Rise to Power [Advanced Solo]
Zone is missing the last 2 bosses. No way to progress through the zone.
Mobs die quickly, but hit as if we were in a Heroic Zone. So i'm guessing they have the max health of a solo zone but the dmg from the Heroic.
Required me to kite everything while I shot the trash down. Detonation was doing almost my entire health in damage.
No shineys spawned after clearing the zone.
  • Kralet Penumbra: Temple of the Ill-Seen [Advanced Solo]
Weird zone layout.
Mobs had heroic dungeon health but they hit for almost nothing, as per usual solo zones.
Was able to clear the zone although took me a bit longer due to mob health.
Didn't find any shineys after clearing the zone.

in Temple of the Ill-Seen adv. solo:
-all mobs seem to have a little bit more hp compared to the other advanced solos.
-and clipping or no texture from under the bridge:

Rise to Power, adv solo

trash still hitting for about 1 mil with detonation but was doable if my merc healed me that I can live with.

temple adv solo

named hp was still lil high but trash damage was at tuned nicely for my taste

Rise to Power, adv solo:
I like the suicide bomb from mobs and getting ambushed from several directions.
No finishing loot, something seems broken there.

Please be aware that I have identified a number of issues with Kralet Penumbra: The Master's Chosen [Agnostic]. However, the issues are not limited to just this dungeon.
