I've noted below all utility spells, abilities and AA that needs to be looked at for the coercer class. I did not include spell damage feedback.

Absorb Magic (9)
Dispels 112 levels of physical/arcane beneficial effects on target
=> could not be used on target over level 112, we could expect raid boss level 119
Increases power of target by 135
=> mana regen too low (135 = 5762 mana)

Amnesia III (84)
Resistibility increases against target higher than level 113
=> could be a real problem target over level 113

Asylum (110)
Decreases Combat Mitigation by 20.64 (AA)
=> not relevant any more

Brainshock X (102)
Increases power of caster by 236
=> mana regen too low (236 = 10096 mana)

Breeze VIII (103
Increase In-Combat Power Regeneration of group members by 54.2
=> mana regen value is too low

Cannibalize Thoughts VII (103)
Increases power of group members (AE) by 101 instantly and every seconds
=> mana regen too low (101 = 2521 mana)

Mental Trauma (Prestige AA)
=> it did not add the additional damage on the level 103 version

Channel II (79)
Increases power of group members (AE) by 673
=> the mana regen part is too low (673 = 20683 mana)

Charm X (104)
=> that spell is for an unknown reason available as level 105 grandmaster upgrade
I tested it on grandmaster, charmed pet hits between 10.000 and 100.000, charmed pet never scales with our stats
It would definitely be better to upgrade "Possess Essence (65)" and make it the grandmaster choice, as that pet scales with our stats

Chronosiphoning (AA)
Increase cast speed by 16.8%
=> not relevant anymore with item stats

Coercive Healing (AA)
Regeneration : Increases heal amount by 15%
Wards: Increases ward amount by 15%
=> still count has +15 potency
Improve Casting speed of beneficial spells by 15%
=> not relevant anymore with item stats

Cure Magic (6)
Dispels 117 levels of any hostile effects on target
=> we could expect raid boss level 118 orange, and level 119 red ?

Enraging Demeanor III (52)
Causes 18% Threat to transfer to target when in combat
Increase Hate gain of target by 12%
=> values could be higher, as tank taunts are not affected by fervor
Increases Potency of target by 10% (AA)
=> should be updated to something more relevant
Increases Threat to target by 161.157 - 196.947, trigger every 4.4 times per minutes (AA)
=> should be updated, current tank single taunt values are around 2M today

Ether Balance (AA)
Increase power of group members by 345
=> mana regen is too low

Forced Hesitation VII (83)
Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 112
=> could be updated to higher level
=> today it dispels almost anytime our target receive a damage, it could be improved

Intellectual Remedy (AA)
Increases the critical amount of heal by 15% (AA)
Improves the base amount of profession based heals and wards by 15%
=> act as +15% potency today

Magi's Shielding (4)
Increase sta by 83
Increases Focus by 39
Increases Defense of caster by 54.7
=> values could be increased

Mana Cloak VI (101)
Increases power of caster by 506
=> mana regen is too low

Mesmerize VIII (87)
Resistibility increases against target higher than level 116
=> max level should be increased

Mind's Ever VI (104)
Increases In-combat Power Regeneration of group members by 15.2
=> mana regen is too low

Power of Mind IX (105)
Increases Max Power of group members by 467.5
=> value should revised
Increases Mitigation of group members vs arcane damage by 847
=> value should be revised
=> this spell is has not been used for years as it requires a concentration point

Pure Awe VI (88)
Resistibility increases against target higher than level 117
=> max level should be increased

Shift Mana IX (109)
Increases power of caster by 68 instantly and every 4s
=> mana regen is too low (68 = 2788 mana)

Signet of Intellect IX (109)
Increases INT and AGI of group members by 79.7
=> value should be revised

Velocity IV (62)
Increases Multi Attack Chance of group members by 58.8
=> should be changed to something more relevant
Improves base auto-attack multiplier of group members by 0.5, does not apply to spell weapons (AA)
=> effect is very low on cac, and has a limitation on spell weapons
Increases Crit Bonus of group members by 5%
=> value should be revised

Nullifying Staff (AA)
Decrease Combat Mitigation of target by 44
=> value should be revised

Brainshock (102) Expert
Increases power of caster by 404
=> value is lower than prevous GM (425) while damage are higher

Breeze (103) Expert
Increases power of caster by 74.2
=> value is lower than prevous GM (74.8)

Mana Cloak (101) Expert
Increases power of caster by 693
=> value is lower than prevous GM (724)

Mind's Eye (104) Expert
Increases power of caster by 41.6
=> value is lower than prevous GM (42.3)

Peacefull Link (105) Expert
Decreases Hate Gain of target by 24%
=> value is lower then prevous tier GM (30%)

Power of Mind (105) Expert
Increases Max Power of group member by 800
=> value is lower then prevous tier GM (826.7)

Shift Mana (109) Expert
Increases power of caster by 116 instantly and every 4 seconds
=> value is lower then prevous tier GM (125)

Signet of Intellect (109) Expert
Increases INT and AGI of group members by 139.5
Add 2.5 base avoidance
=> values are lower than previous tier GM (146 and 2.7)

good list ( as a fellow coercer) but I thought they abandoned class rebalance for now, so I don't think they will do much with the buffs/debuffs for now unless anyone knows otherwise?
however for the power regen ,is expert of new level is intended to be better than previous tier grandmaster?
hope the devs read this list for use for easy tweak comparisons written out for them haha

It is ironic that enchanters now have some of the worst power regen.. since all other classes' power regen uses cb/pot/ab mod and mana flow is hard capped at a mere 40%.. It would have been nice to see mana flow become more useful.. or at least equally useful.. for the massive power drains that happen on some fight. Power regen is, allegedly, one of the enchanters 'things'.

I made this post not as a wish list for class balance or spell consolidation, but with the intent to provide in a single threat a list of things that could be adjusted, hopefully without too much work, in the future.

Damage spells have higher values in Expert than on previous tier grandmaster and also than ancien. I don’t know if beneficial spells should follow the same pattern, so that is why I have posted them.

I've complained about illusionist buff and debuffs being mostly useless now for over a year and nothing. power regen is a joke. Only manasoul works and that's every 3 mins.. Warden trees max power every 60-90s. Defilers max power every 90-120s

/agree with this whole tread. They really need to up the values of the coercer's power feeds and buffage.

I just made some tests on different spells and abilities (on live and on beta)

Concerning mana regen:
- Mana regen is not affected by potency.
- Mana regen is not affected by ability mod.
- Mana regen is not affected by fervor.
- Mana regen is ONLY affected by crit bonus (when crit chance is over 100).
We also observe with a tank another important issue concerning threat increases on Enraging Demeanor:
- Threat increases is not affected affected by ability mod.
- Threat increases is affected by about half of the potency.
- Threat increases reach a hard cap at around 10k potency (all taunts on all classes are affected by this hard cap)
Spell and combat art damages are correctly affected by all stats.

I've quickly checked the abilities listed in this post to see if there was any changes. It seems that there is a problem with all spell and debuff damages as almost all toolties values are now lower than on live.

I could see only 3 modifitions:

Absorb Magic (9)
Dispels 120 levels of physical/arcane beneficial effects on target (instead of 112)

Cure Magic (6)
Dispels 119 levels of any hostile effects on target (instead of 113)

Signet of Intellect (109) Expert
Increases INT and AGI of group members by 2383.5 (instead of 139.5)

there are still many issues not fixed:
=> all mana regen
=> spells resistability
=> Charm, level 105 Grandmaster choice doing 5 to10k damage

Coercer latest changes:

- Peaceful Link VII (apprentice)

. On a hostile ability cast this spell has 18% chance to cast Linked Agony on caster.
. Inflicts 1125676-1244168 magic damage on target (new)
. This effect can only trigger once every 4.0 seconds.

Also has twice the same line twice in description:
. When damaged wit ha melee weapon ...
I suppose the the descriuption is not correct.

=> does not do any damage

=> when cast on self
YOUR Linked Pain reduces YOUR hate position with (target) for 1 position

=> when cast on group member or pet
(friend) Peaceful Presence reduces THEIR hate with (target) for (value) of threat.


- Power of Mind VIII (apprentice)

. Increases Max Power of group members (AE) by 23,337.5 (590.5 on previous tier)

=> My beta buff character has 381k max power, that makes about 6% max power, for 1 concentration point that's not worth it in my point of view.
That spell has not been used for years and I could predict that it will not change, even on Master+ version.


- Signet of Intellect IX (apprentice)

. Increases INT and AGI of group members (AE) by 1,393.0 (104.3 on previous tier)
. Increases Ability Modifier of group members (AE) by 139,298.3 (new)

=> Ability Mod group buff is welcome, but in itself will not be sufficient to make the coercer class usefull in raid, as all other utilities of the coercer are outparsed by other class.

Except the fix for all taunt/detaunt abilities nothing else has been changed or fixed on the coercer.
