My friends are playing so I though I would come back.  I find out one of my accounts are banned.  Not sure why.  So I attempt to contact support.  The links from the game get you to an error page.  So I go to the page manually.  Unfortunately attempting to create a ticket brings you to another error page. 

Fortunately I have a second account so I log into that one.  Not banned.  Yay.  But the free to play excludes me from using half of my weapons (legendary) and bag slots etc.  So I decide to upgrade to gold.

I attempted last night but that area of the web page was down and redirected to an error screen.  Tried again today and select upgrade to gold in game.  Which brings me to a different error page.  So I log into the website and eventually get to the payment screen via the change subscription (not that easy to find). 

Hooray.  Unfortunatley the credit cards previously used are expired.  No problem, I will add a payment type.  Which brings me to a screen to input credit card info.  Only there are no fields available to input credit card information.

So I keep looking and find a payment source page.  Which finally works.  Seriously though.  It shouldn't be this tough to give you guys money.

No idea what your issue is as there is no problem going to my account screen or the petition system.

It is very easy to find the support page from the SoE page.

I am looking at my account page right now. Everything is spelled out what you need to click to arrive where:

  

View or change your basic information

  • Change Password or E-mail Address
  • Enter Station Handle or Secret Question/Answer (if not already set)
 
 
 

View or change your Game pass (subscription) information

  • View, start, or cancel game passes
  • Change game pass plans
  • Apply different or new payment sources
 
 
 

Manage Enhanced Security Settings

  • Add Authenticator
  • Disable Authenticator
 
 
 

View past purchase payments

 
 
 

View or change your payment sources (credit cards, etc.)

  • View or update payment source info
  • Add or delete payment sources
 
 
 

View or change your e-mail preferences

  • Change the types of information that you receive via e-mail
 
 
 
View or change your parental control settings
 
 
 

Enter Activation Code

  • Enter code for any activation item (Game, Expansion, Game Item, Pre-Paid Game Card, etc.)
 
 
 

View your Station Cash balance or add Station Cash

This often happens with websites if you are using an outdated browser (buttons missing, fields missing etc). Make sure you have the latest version browser of whichever one you use. Firefox 16.0.1 or IE 9.0.8
