Fount of Power Buff

Could you please make it so that the Fount of Power buff is maintained individually by each group member rather than as a group buff? If you get too far from your solo buddy (or I assume if in a heroic group, group mates), you are not protected. That distance is not very far. This is extremely inconvenient.
