bug with forum

a 100 character limit of which i have 102? deleted enough characters to make it 100 and still got hte same message they wont' let me post. since when was there such a low character count limit?

We had some issues with the forums this morning, they look to be resolved now. Are you still experiencing these?

How about the SOE Tracker and Dev Tracker not working since 8/2/12?

When will we be able to change our persona info again? ( name, guild, rank etc? )
